Shopping & Bike Shortage FAQs

Bike Shortage Message

We're doing our best to keep up with demand - building and selling bikes at record rates. Because of fluctuating shortages,  as a small Business, we are unable to meet the free shipping requirements from Trek, as such we are paying shipping for every bike that we get. Each bike sold will be assessed an extra shipping and building fee of $40 due at the time of pick up. Thank you for your support, patience, and understanding!

Please view information below regarding pricing and ETAs.

As you have undoubtedly heard in the national news, global logistic costs have exploded in recent months. The costs in every segment of the transportation network, from shipping, to rail, to OTR trucking have all increased dramatically. We have been absorbing these steadily rising costs throughout most of the year, but a recent round of increases will necessitate that we raise our MSRP’s across all Trek and Electra bicycle models along with our entire P&A line.
