Each session includes (please note that the format has changed-there will no longer be a 30 minute cycle clinic included): 

  • 75 minutes supported & guided ride focusing on the specific cycling techniques introduced at the beginning of the ride. 
  • 1 hour Yoga class introducing simple poses will help stretch your muscles and focus your breath for a better ride.
