This 4-week program is perfect for anyone who needs a great cycling refresher, wants to be part of a great cycling community or looking for a complete Saturday Morning Cycling workout.

It combines a 75 minute supported & guided ride with Cycling expert, Pete Wood, and a 1 hour 'Yoga for Cyclists' Class with Monica at Yoga Connection.

Each session includes (please note that the format has changed-there will no longer be a 30 minute cycle clinic included): 

  • 75 minutes supported & guided ride focusing on the specific cycling techniques introduced at the beginning of the ride. 
  • 1 hour Yoga class introducing simple poses will help stretch your muscles and focus your breath for a better ride.
