Do I need to pre-purchase a Tour Ticket?

Our Town Tours operate daily and first come first serve, so if there is a specific date and time that you would like to take the tour, we recommend Booking a ticket in advance. Our Countryside Tours and Culture Tours are longer tours for more experienced riders and have limited spaces available. These require pre-booking.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins for the Town tours as long as they are not already booked. We recommend that you show up at least 15 minutes before the tour start to get fitted and equipped for your bike. Self-Guided Countryside tours are available anytime. Guided Countryside Tours and Culture Tours require advanced booking.

Where is the Meeting Point?

All Tours begin at our storefront location in the Perth Courier Building in Downtown Perth. Check out our Contact page and view the map.

Do you offer Pick-up and Drop-off services?

Yes, we offer client pick-up and drop-off services. If you are staying at a hotel, B&B or Inn in Perth, we can pick you up and drop you off. There is a charge for this service and needs to be pre-booked. Call us to find out more about our Pick-Up and Drop-off Services: 613-200-7057.

What happened if it rains?

We do the Town Tours Rain or Shine. We will provide you with a rain poncho for the duration of the tour in case of rain.

Do you cancel tours due to the weather?

We only cancel tours if there are severe weather warnings or if we feel that it would be unsafe.

I haven’t ridden a bike for years, can I still take a tour?

No problem, it’s just like riding a bike so you will likely be okay. That said, you should be able to safely steer and stop your bike. We recommend that you start with one of our Town Tours until you get the hang of it; they won’t be much gear shifting. If you need to practice, please come by the store and take a bike out for a spin to get re-acquainted.

I can’t ride a bike, can I join a tour?

If we have our tandem bike available we would love for you to take a ride with one of our guides. If you want to take some rider lessons we can provide those too. Contact us to book a Private lesson with one of our certified guides. We do insist however that you must be able to confidently ride a bike to take a tour.

Can I bring my own bike on a tour?

Yes, you may bring your own bike if it passes our 5 point inspection of brakes, gears, wheels, frame and drive train. We offer a $5.00 discount to people who do so. That said, not all makes and models are alike, so if your bike breaks down, our guides will not repair your bike. Pick up service available for an extra fee.

How long do the tours last?

Town Tour lasts approximately 1 Hour.

Country Tour lasts 2.5-4 hours.

** When planning your other activities for after the Bike Tours, count on the Town Tours possibly lasting an extra 15 minutes.
